We want you to be happy with our work, and we also start spending time and effort on your project as soon as it begins. This is how refunds and cancellations work.
If you cancel before we have started on your project, we will refund the amount you paid.
Work that has already been done, such as strategy, design, shoots, edits and development, is not refundable. If you cancel part-way through, we will refund the part of the package that we have not started.
If we are unable to deliver what we agreed with you, we will refund the portion that was not delivered.
You can stop a monthly plan before the next month begins. Payments for a month that has already started are not refunded.
Email us at growth@socialchillwithgill.com with your order reference (it looks like SCWG-XXXXXX) and your reason. We review every request and reply within 24 hours. Approved refunds are sent back by UPI or bank transfer to the account you paid from.
